📦 Shipping Policy
- We currently ship within the United States and select international destinations.
- Flat-rate U.S. shipping: $7.99 on all orders.
- International shipping rates vary based on destination and shipping costs.
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- The estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after processing.
- Most orders ship via UPS.
🌍 International Orders
- International orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
🔄 Return & Exchange Policy
Please note: online orders cannot be returned at our Lakewood retail location.
All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Returns Portal and shipped within 7 days of delivery.
Returns
✅ Orders with Checkout+ selected at checkout qualify for free return shipping.
❌ Orders without Checkout+ will have a $6.99 return shipping fee.
✅ A $1.50 restocking fee per returned item applies to all returns.
📦 Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of delivery.
🛍️ Sale Item Returns
- Items discounted up to 20% off are eligible for a refund to the original payment method.
- Items discounted more than 20% off, but less than 60% off, are eligible for:
- Store credit, or
- Exchange
- Customers who choose an exchange for items discounted by more than 20% off will receive:
- No restocking fee
- A $5 store credit toward their exchange order
- Items discounted 60% off, or more (including exactly 60% off) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
🔄 Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for eligible items.
- Orders with Checkout+ selected at checkout qualify for free return shipping.
- Orders without Checkout+ will have standard return shipping fees.
- A shipping fee applies to replacement exchange orders.
- Customers who choose an exchange will receive:
- No restocking fee
- A $5 store credit toward their exchange order
📦 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.
- Socks and tights cannot be returned once opened.
👞 Protect the Shoe Box
- The shoe box must not be used as the shipping box.
- Please place the shoe box inside another shipping box or shipping bag before sending your return.
- Shoe boxes that are taped, labeled, written on, or damaged will incur a $3 fee.
🚨 Approved Returns Only
- All returns and exchanges must be submitted through our Returns Portal before shipping.
- Items sent back without an approved return request will not be processed.
- Items sent using the wrong return label or tied to a different order will not be processed.
- Items not included in the approved return request will not be processed.
Because our return system is automated, unapproved or mismatched returns may not be identifiable and may not qualify for a refund or store credit.
⚠️ Final Sale & Non-Compliant Returns
- Items discounted 60% off or more (including exactly 60% off) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns that do not meet our return conditions or follow our return process may be refused.
- Non-compliant returns may not qualify for a refund or store credit.
⏱️ Processing Time
- Returns are typically processed within 1–3 business days after delivery to our returns facility.
- Refunds and store credits may take additional time to appear, depending on your financial institution.
