📦 Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all locations within the United States only.

  • Flat Shipping Rate: $7.99 on all orders

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days after processing

  • Shipping Carrier: We use USPS or other trusted national carriers

We do not offer international shipping at this time.


📦 All returns must be shipped back within 7 days of delivery.

✅ If you selected Checkout + at checkout, return shipping is FREE!
❌ If you did not select Checkout +, there is a $6.99 return shipping fee.
✅ All returns are subject to a $1.50 restocking fee per item.
✅ Items must be shipped and received back within 7 days from the date of delivery.

🆕 Sale Item Returns – NEW!

We now accept returns on sale items up to 60% off!

🛍️ Items purchased at a discount of 60% off or less are eligible for return, but will be refunded as store credit only.
✅ Sale item returns follow the same return process and conditions as full-price items.
❌ Items discounted more than 60% off are still final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges (Only Available with Checkout +)

🔄 Need a different size or style?
✅ Exchanges are only available if you selected Checkout + at checkout.
📦 Return shipping is free—you won’t pay anything to send the original item back.
🚚 Customers are only responsible for paying the shipping cost of the new item.
❌ If you did not choose Checkout +, exchanges are not available, but you can return the item for store credit (if on sale) or a refund (if full price).

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
✅ Unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging.
❌ Socks & tights cannot be returned if the package was opened.

🚨 Important: Do NOT Use the Shoe Box as a Shipping Box
📦 Please place the original shoe box inside a shipping bag or another box before returning.
❌ If the shoe box is damaged, taped, written on, or has a shipping label attached directly to it, a $3 fee will be deducted from your refund or store credit.

Final Sale Items

🚫 Items discounted more than 60% off are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Non-Compliant Returns

⚠️ Items that do not meet the return conditions will be donated to charity at our discretion and will not be refunded or credited.

Processing Time

🔄 Returns will be processed within 1–3 business days after we receive the package.
💳 Refunds or store credits may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or email system.

How to Start a Return
